Haven’t posted In months but am still at it on this build in case anyone been watching to new updates been just stock piling parts lately

Made some progress on build took off canopy and mocked up bed waiting for jack shaft to arrive

I kinda fell into receiving a mid 80s Yamaha 250 2stroke snowmobile engine… would this be a viable engine for this or would I play heck trying to keep it cool in summer seeing as its air cooled?

Well if we ever stop having temps 105 degrees plus I’m hoping to make some progress and keep everyone updated on the progress of the build

But who knows all my builds are always fluid and changing just depends on what I accumulate

I’m gonna use a duromax 440 electric start with a torque converter because that is what I got sitting on shelf then do like u said just drive her like that till I have better plan for what to do

O I’m stuck with it regardless but appreciate the sound advice all the same

Yea Denny you right aluminum frame that does complicate things

It was originally gas and I thought it was a steel frame but now I feel like I may need to check but I paid $150 so at least some parts are usable

Just picked a 89 cub car golf cart thinking this maybe good jumping off spot for mini buggy build … Any suggestions on how about to go to reach my goal
