Helloooooo this is my second project finished my crg kart now onto my kx project stuck on engine wiring just won't a simple wiring to follow no lights or anything like that and can I use any cdi or do I need a JC20 (engine modle) cdi box cheers in advance

All straight in with the faults....never thought off that toystory could stick a bearing next to the end thanks as for the welding it was a 308L rod tigweld also i did take the shaft out befor i did anything and preheated it to dull red and put in sand couldnt fing a better way off welding it...

Heres my DIY sprocket extension as me origanel one was shor by about a inch all was needed was 3 17mm nuts two welded together and a bolt long enough and a 219 sprocket it works just as good as the origanel one just a inch or so longer its has a case round the shaft so u can see the nuts ect ect

Just a 150cc zongshen clone off the cg 125

It works like any other clutch but better design and iam gussing thers drums on both sizes off this clutch....!! Could be rong

50/50 i think tbh neet to with nitrous keeps it stable

update! 15lb bottle just on a low dule shot front brakes are a MUST have not sure on how to mount them on crg front axles but will figger it out exhaust has two braces bolted to the kart and the exhaust is upside down NEW UPDATE i make a spoiler plus back wheels are on and me seat pic below...

Update Nitrous update made bottle stand sprayed it and also bottle black just need me brackets now then nitrouse dry system :D

Cheers next update will be in a cupple weeks iam installing a nitrous bottle 15lbs :/ with custom bottle holder

Ok sooo i got a crg road rebel and origanel hubs back and front. Can only find crg black rims that seem to fit my question is what other rims fit the road rebel and are all hubs the same size i got a OTK pair off 50mm back bubs that match my bolt patten on my crg back hubs and free line front...

As above am trying to make a engine mount to go on my crg road rebel kart but running into loads off problems any off you boy/girls got any its for a motorbike engine by the way regards
