Ok I have thought it over and have decided to build a go kart from scratch. What are the parts that I will need to get to build one?

Instead of just buying a go kart,I decided to start one from scratch and go around and buy all of the parts needed to build a one. What are the parts needed to build one and specifically the important & good ones. I know that I want an 150cc and about 6.5hp engine. Please help me out. :D...

i will drive it off road and street no i just want it to drive around but i want a good one that wont break or need to get fixed every 5 seconds. um fast? i dont really konw the standards for speed on a go kart. like i said im new to this.lol
