the chain goes from the cvt to the axle via 41" chain with some small to big gear ratio, unsure what it is exactly and the break/braking plates is directly mounted to the axle. not a bike its a go kart with what should be enough space for something like this

ive previously tried to find a 3 or 4 speed transmission not a cvt as I go off-road a lot and in sand, which destroys my belts because of heat, currently have a 30 series cvt, would like to add something that's similar to a reverse gearbox along with a option to disengage the power to the wheels...

I ****in know it's a transmission and I know it's a 30 series because the belt os slanted on one side, calm ur *** down. And I've mentioned that I go through terrain which puts a **** ton of stress on the belt and even at low speeds it still gets hot. With the alignment it's damn near close...

Oh yeah it might be a 30 series, wasn't exactly sure which one it was, but I'm sure it fits on, also pics wouldn't show because it doesn't have any ingravings of the part name but I bought it off Amazon. And again still doesn't help with attaching a gearbox straight onto the shaft

How Is finding a compatible gearbox for a predator engine in need of pictures of my engine which is 212cc predator. All I'd be showing is my engine along with a 40series torque converter. The torque converter does transfer into chain fed though

Still wouldn't fix the problem of it wearing down over a week, like I believe it would last maybe longer but there's still the problem of both the belt and the clutch getting super hot which will destroy any belt, and the Kevlar one I'm using is simply wearing away rather than snapping so unless...

Bought some Kevlar ones, better than the normal cheap crap and made really well but they won't last forever, with these they'll just get thinner and thinner till it just gets too thin rather than snapping with the cheap ones

Been working on a go-kart of mine that has this engine and the belt torque converter keeps on ripping through my belts, although it might be because the driver and the driven (I don't know the exact names of where the belt sits on) is not aligned exactly straight but it will still get super hot...
