I found some 3/4in bolts that might fit those wheels nicely, and i will take your advise and make those spindles 2in x 1/4. that should make it pretty sturdy.

Yah I got it cheap i think anyways, it's a simple machine but with some TLC I think it will be good, or not much worse than your profile pic from what I can see. Also it's an 8HP on a TC so I think it's going be quick.
