If i can't find 11T will 12 work???

I am miles, I am building a mini bike out of a modified bike. Hope to have some pics soon. I also have a website www.savagemania.com if anyone is interested in R/C.

I am modifying an old BMX bike to have a 3hp motor. I am thinking of using a 12 tooth clutch and a 72 tooth sprocket. The tire is 20" in diameter. I am 150lb and was wondering before i buy the clutch if this will be sufficient to pull me around and up medium sized hills.
