Yeah I use it for ice fishing and have a spare battery for my flasher I hook the lights up to. They last a good 2 hours or plenty if time on a charge

I found what you're talking about from the briggs racing site which uses the same throttle linkage as the vanguard. I ordered a spring and some clips. Now to go grind my keyway slot... :)

Thats looks like what I was thinking. I might have to rig something up or find a kit. I probably will post a YouTube video for the next poor soul too haha

Hello, I for the life of me can't figure out how to hook up a throttle cable to this engine. I see where I can run a wire in, but the throttle would interfere full throttle. Do I attach to the arm? If so how do I mount the cable? I'm really at a loss and can't figure this out and have been...
