I don't think it's thread hijacking at all. To fit a 390 carb on a 212 I'm pretty sure you would have to make an intake adapter. Maybe you could buy one, but I think you could run much better carbs with the same amount of work. Sent from my HTC6535LVW using Tapatalk

When I'm going for maximum power, I'm usually using a Honda or a clone 212cc motor. I use 30-36mm cv carbs. Now finding pre-made intake manifolds are hard, so I make my own.
