Well as i suspected i went out just 3 hours later and cannot get it to start.. Im done with this thing, it is unfixable lol. I have tried everything and read all the troubleshooting with all same result.

Update: Got another new plug and also a new diaphram gasket. Threw them on and rode it around and seemed to be doing better.. Will hve to try after it sits since that is when the problems are happening.. Also, i still have to start it with the choke on? I put choke on, pull it (doesnt start)...

You guys think I should go ahead and order a diaphram gasket? The one looks fine and is plyable but that is the only thing that is left to check/replace?

Update: Engine does the same thing it always been doing now again after sitting overnight.. Runs for about 3 seconds and dies again.. I wonder if this could be electrical but it just seems to be not getting enough gas.. man this little thing is a picky mofo!

It has a full fresh tank of gas.

Nope. Just went to the garage after it sat over night and tried to start it. Going to get more gas now.. I tore everything apart. Took the tank off and all to clean everything.

1. Yes the spring and piece that goes over the spring is present and spring is still "springy" 2. Yes the gasket is oriented correctly and indexed with the down on the carb body. 3. There is gas in the little bowl and no gas leaks out of the tank when tipped, i did actually replace that gasket...
