Ok so i have already posted on here and i have a 13hp engine with a 60 tooth gear in the back and a clutch on the front with 14 tooth gear. The tires are 15inch in diameter. Today when i turned it on and started going the clutch started smoking again. Help me what i can do to fix this

Ok so my kart ways about 150lbs and i need it for dirt so what size gear do i need

ooops no the back is 40 tooth and and the front is 14

The acctual tire diameter is 15 inches.

Ok so i have a go-kart but it wont work. I put a 13hp motor on it with a 14 spoke centrifugal clutch with a approximate 45 spoke back end. When i start going the clutch tightens up and starts burning(turning bright red). I tried a bunch of different things but i was wondering if i need to gear...
