Modulate steering ratio! How to modulate steering ratio of Kart steer ??

Affected by hand tremors is more large kart steering than R&P steering. isn't it? I also have to consider about Energy efficient ( beacause of we make solarcar ) (Unnecessary Movement of the wheel causes energy loss #Thank you Fabroman
