    instead of cutting the 68* angles on the end, has anyone done or think it would be ok to cut 2 pieces of pipe using a 45* chop saw to make the bend to the center piece? like coming out a bit wider and cutting a 45 and the end and then whatever angle a few inches back to go back to the center...

    I would rather mig it, but my brother in law just happened to have a tig welder he wasn't using so i grabbed it. ive been real impressed with it so far, except when i tried using 75/25 gas.
