I have not seen those wheels up close. Judging from your pictures it looks like each side has a flat center section that a disk would mount to. What does the existing sprocket & drum brake assembly mount to? Have you considered mounting a disk brake on the front & keeping the drum in the back...

Nice Shop, but it sounds like you need to feed your cat. LOL Cool little bike. Have you considered a Jack-Shaft kit to allow you to center up the engine(s) better?

5HP B&S won't just drop into a DB-30. The fuel tank & rear fender will hit. A 3.5HP B&S I/C engine will just make it, but a regular B&S 4HP won't clear. Of course you could modify or remove the rear fender & have the clearance you need. Or a shorty fuel tank. A Tecumseh with the tank up front...
