Thanks all for your help I ended up finding the parts at a local kart store (Karts r us ) in Niles Mich I never tried cause it looked like they just delt with cheap chinease karts and scooters but they have all the parts for my old manco Thanks again

the holes are 5/16" and each hole is 2 and 3/4 apart diameter

Thanks everyone, I feel pretty stupid after opening the box this morning I realized that the engine already has a bracket to hold the throttle cable in place as well as a place to connect it... Thanks and I will post some pics when im done still waiting for the clutch to arrive

yeah the clutch engages I was just hoping to find a way to make the engine and the rrake and every thing else line up. But I am gonna leave it alone for now and more than likly pick up a HF engine soon as possible. Do you know will the hf engine line up better it had a 3.5 Tecumsehoriginnally

the clutch is in the shaft 3/4 it only starts to taper twords the engine there is enough straight shaft for it to attach to via side set screw
