    Front end bounces

 I was thinking about this earlier today. I realized it was not what I was trying to say. I meant the opposite actually. Sorry about that. Not the type of "ah ha" moment I like having.

sarcasm was the goal. the answer was great. it could have been written with a negative feel to it. Not being able to hear how someone means something is my biggest issue with electronic communication of any kind.

Just thought about it and was wondering the necessity of the sleeve (?) Between the front and rear bearings.

so where is the best place to get wheel bearings for front tires? Do they have to be the snap ring type? And finally what is the best way to remove part of the broken bearing that is still in the hub?

    Front end bounces

Well those weren't buried too deep. From what I remember the bolt holding the spindle to the shackle came out and just bent up the shackle and dinked up the tie rod. Shackle was beat back into place looks just like the left one just without paint.

Well I finally got some more pictures and a little work done. Found out my nephew decided to run the kart through the woods last summer and I guess took it off a jump of some sort I'll post those pics as soon as I find them on this computer. Changed tires, which helped some but in the process...

Yes as soon as I get back to visit my parents later. Like I said it's supposed to be the grandkids' "toy". But I'll have more and better pics later today. The pics were more of fabro asking about spindle springs is all.

    Front end bounces

Here are some bad pictures I took in a hurry. No crashes I'm aware of. I'll try to get a closer look at the spindles right tie rods is a little bent, but not too extreme. I've adjusted the ends to straighten the tires.

Most likely tires as they are both bald down the middle. Fortunately it's just the fronts that need replaced. But I'll give 'em a spin anyway.

No, no springs that I can recall. I'll double check it tomorrow when I go visit my folks. It's supposed to be the grandkids' toy.

    Front end bounces

Hey everyone I have an old dingo kart and the front end bounces, a lot. I tightened up the spindles so there is no play up and down. The front tires are in need of replacing could that be the issue? Thanks in advance.
