Thanks everybody.. Yes, the wheels where to backhalfs welded together. A ring welded in center and to 4mm plates bolted on each side. Mostly because its easy to pick apart for a polish. There are no plans for putting an engine in it, maybe another project later.

Here are some pictures of mye kickbike project.. I found the wheels in a container..splitted them and welded them back together. It has got an hydraulic brake. The fork is from a little bike.
