So I am almost certain this is a 1960 Bug Deluxe. As Hellion pointed out, it is a dead axle kart with dual read drum brakes.

Hellion I agree. I believe it was listed at $125 so it s a good possibility that $100 took it home. I was def snoozing on that one.
