    So, i took the 10 tooth sprocket cover off old clutch and put replaced it on new clutch. Works great! Thanx for insight into gear ratio. Now on to a role cage.

    I did not oil clutch. After I heard the noise and it would not move. I investigated about adjusting and oiling clutch. None of them talked about the type I have. They all warned about getting oil on to the clutch contacts. Or about an oil hole. Which the clutch does not have. No adjustment...

    Thanks for responding. I will get info. Dont know the weight. Can get picts. Im about 200 lbs. But if I put my foot in front of back tire and hit gas. I can hear and see clutch is slipping. Make a metal on metal slipping sound. I can hold kart back with foot, and no weight is on kart...
