Another thing about this little roller was "time" ;) IIRC it took me ~45 min to brush on the first coat of paint, on the center section...

The 4" roller, came with a foam painting "roller" for smooth surfaces, on it ...but, AFAIK polyester resin "eats" most kinds of foam...
