it disassembled it again and and the idle mix jet was all clogged problem solved

yes i did poke the junk out the jets thar is only one adjusting screw other then idle and before remove i counted how many turns in then removed. so it should still be the same

OK every one i have a 94 Honda 300ex in my go-kart that has started to have carburetor problems that i just cant figer out. It stared some time ago and began to have idle problems when cold and extreme consumption of gas so i decide to clean the carb. Now i can only get it run with full choke...

well we have resumed on the cart and it is nearly finished. but it did go down the road and back still working on the brakes just need put a new cable end on. pic to follow later to day

well it runs great BUT i got 2 nasty burns from the head fins on my leg. BTW the seat will be upgraded

well we have all ready went over budget i spent $10.00 on the front and rear axels. more pics to come the neighbor kid!
