You need to have more patience and do things proper or youre going to end up injured. I would question the integrity of anything that required hammering to the point of not even taking the chance of using it. Be careful man. Stuff spins REALLY fast.

Thats what Im trying to make sense of.. Those pieces of duct tape used to say.... I know those two big red ones go to the solenoid AND starter switch. Then coming from the switch, a wire plugs into the smaller tab on the solenoid. The booted terminal on the solenoid just wraps around to ground...

Allow me to offer an alternative view. Its not our own doing but rather being tricked and outsmarted. Well, then many people will say its our own fault for being so stupid but just because youve been outsmarted doesnt necessarily mean youre stupid. The 'powers that be' know that humans be humaning.

Man, I tried to go out and make sense of my wiring. Its too butchered because I was in too much of a hurry when I did it. Maybe not butchered but I didnt use same color wiring (so I cant trace colors) and its all heat shrunk together as a sort of wire harness I can remove when needed. If...

-But the kickstart itself isnt looking too practical. Hard to fit an air filter and I dont see side covers holding up to that force, over and over.

Nope... Oil started pouring out the cylinder/crankcase mating surface. I guess you really do need a torque wrench for this. Whodathunk? LOL You cant just hand tighten with a crappy wrench, strip one of the head bolts and be good.

Awesome! That mount gave me a great idea. Hold it down with kingpins and keep tension with the winch. **** ratchet straps!

Can I see how you mount the kart to the front of the trailer?

Until they tell us 'this and that' pollutes too much and we need to pass impossible inspections to keep them on the road. -Or ruin them with this crap gas. -Or mandate any similar device at our expense. -Or pass regulation and rules that make even the shops not want to work on them and dealers...
