I probably have nothing more then 200 bucks to spend. Looking at engines, i weigh around 280 (mostly bones not fat >.< ) im 6'3 so what HP would be able to pull my giant self without a problem? where can i find go kart frames? i know craigslist but where else? also it will be for street not dirt.

Well not a real shifter kart, i wanna be able to switch gears up and down and such.

Well since i'm going to the swampmeet tommor. Whst are some things i should look out for to get. will be looking for frame, wheels, and engine. i want a shifter kart. or somthing similar, like i want to be switcg gears, not just foot on pedal and gas.

So if i have the money i should go for the 11HP or 13HP? Well im thinking of looking for a Go-Kart frame or one on wheels and put everything together then buy the engine. is it hard to put everything together? the pedals clutch(if it was one) and such?

This is amazing. I might want to do the same kind of prject shifter kart :D

So, im better off with looking for a dirtbike/atv/pitbike engine instead? also a kart i want to get or build, would be just for fun. you know around the block thing. or use cones to make a track and such.

Well a few days back, i went to this little place called scandia and went on go-karts. things were mad fun!! i then find out they were built from lawn mower engines. well im just here to ask what would be the cheapest way possiable to make a go-karts no more then 350$$?
