So I've found a 1998 ASW blue lightning for sale locally. Is it safe to assume that parts are pretty much interchangeable with most 150cc full suspension karts? I mean, besides the chassis and suspension arms...
Well, we didn't come to a deal on this, if anyone sees anything out there that's good for a driveway/yard, and you're not buying it, let me know. Thanks for all the help!

This is mostly a foreign language to me. I know I'm getting in over my head a bit. I'm good with mechanical/electrical applications, but I do not own any metal fabricating equipment. I do have access to a machinist and a friend with a welder.

I'm not opposed to buying used or swapping hubs if that's possible.

These seem like they could work... Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/112208450778

I do understand that it's meant for pavement, but I'm bound by geography. Actually as I understand it, dirty karting is a thing, but I'm not quite ready to spend $400 on wheels/tires.

So, what recommendations can you all make for a set of tires? I will mostly be riding in our driveway/yard. It is a mix of paved, stone and grass/dirt. Budget is south of $200. Thank you.
