yup, i ended up making my own brass bushing here at work instead of adding washers and making it look all ghetto. came out very nice and haven't had any problems yet.

take it back and wait for new one, not worth the time or hassle, especially if you just bought it!

do it, do it now! they will tell you that they do not recommend to use on a driven vehicle to cover their own ***, but you can take it and do with it as you please. i have one on my yerf dog and it's very very nice!

also, you could go fancy and get the fittings in schedule 80 stainless steel to prevent rust, or just coat the finished product with "zinc it" to prevent rust on the bare steel.

not bad, i'd personally use schedule 80 pipe and fittings to make sure that weight and speed aren't an issue. red loctite on anything you don't want to move/adjust and you're golden.

hi ya'll.... ....just finished getting my son's kart up and running. it's a used yerf dog with now a new predator engine. still needs some work, like the brakes, but it is surprisingly fast and takes offroad and bumps with ease, thanks to that suspension! anyways, looking for more things about...
