yeah, at first i just planned on throwing in some regular old two stroke oil, but from what ive read, ive learned that these kart engines are MUCH higher performance engines and you cant use just anything.
I was hoping a racer or ex racer would be able to clear things up for me.
From what ive been able to gather online so far, its made to sound like i have to use top of line super expensive go kart specific oil. Is this true? Im looking for something i can pick up at an autoparts store if possible. I just dont want to do damage to my engine.
OK the front spindle is 15mm in width and 4 1/2" long. Starting from the bearing in the frame the axle is 7 1/2'', the threads start at 5 1/2'' from the frame right befor the threads the axle reduuces 3/4 of an inch. i hope this is not to confusing ill post pics after i go look at the ''how to...

i would like to mount some nice shifter kart rims on it to lower it and give it a more racing look. will standard shifter wheels work or do i need some sort of adapter.
ps if i can mount shifter rims to the kart somehow...
