Manco's are cool...I just wanted the suspension and 2 seats...I have a dingo set up with a 8hp now..love it but sucks no one can ride with me on it.. I need to cut out a steel tube on this new project and replace it..was thinking getting the frame rhino lined...anyone done this yet?

Well guess what I found out..I hooked up driving lights, made a small battery box, hooked the negative of the battery to the chassis, then I took the wire comming off the engine and hooked it to the positive of the battery. ....I heard sizzeling...WTF???? I unplugged and started the engine to...

That would be about the only cheap way to do it..cant use wood hehe

ok back to the motor...just a thought...basically you just need to build up the small part of the shaft...alot of the go cart or go katy hobby is rigging...what " I " would try is weld up the shaft to build it up and possibly grind it back down to the right size...would take a welder and a hand...

I seen people go to the town dump yard and find go cart frames...heck I sold one years ago for 20 bucks...wood just wont hold up..my 8hp motor gives my steel frame hell.. save up for a cheap mig welder..i paid about 100 bucks and worth it..can even find them used on craigslist. My new one came...

Well I looked up the model number and it did come with a altenator but how do I use it? Wire it to a battery? Like a car? Just wanting to make sure I don't blow myself up hehehe

Hi all....I have a question...the motor I have is a 8 hp briggs and stratton and I found a wire hanging off the back...its a positive wire..not sure how many volts for sure..but I hooked a headlight bulb up to it and at idle it lit up..when I revved the motor up it gets brighter....any idea what...
