NEED HELP!! I have a Manco 710 With 420 Preditor Engine with a Mechanical 8" Disc brake but when this thing is moving it can barely stop so I basically don't have brakes any suggestions?

Can the brakes stop it while going down hill?

Was it hard to install the Mid-s hydraulic brake kit from GPS? If you could send pics of the brake it would help a lot. Thanks.
