Got ahold of a person at kartsrus but no luck with them, they only have OEM parts.

What would be a good gear for hills? I cant really call these websites to ask them but Im thinking around 54 if I can find such size for my kart.

Yea I have the manual. Main thing it shows is how to rebuild the engine. Which is a good thing I guess. Engine does smoke some which is why I guess its useing oil.

I have the manco 150cc, it goes fast but my problem is that there is no power for hills. I live in a hilly area and if I stop on a steep hill the kart wont go. On one hill I had to get out and push it. It has (I think)16/39. Can anyone tell me where I can find some more gears? I was thinking on...

Im 33 with 3 kids. We have a '07 Manco scorpion Trying to hop it up and get it running good. It runs good now. Hard to start sometimes but not bad. Working on changing the brakes atm. Bought new pads and BOOM notice it had a bad caliper.
