Can anyone with a good working TAV2 take the measurement they have between the edge toward the engine and the backplate? I have .443" between the drive and backplate and .830" between the driven and backplate. Thanks!

Sorry for the incomplete information and thanks for the input! The frame is a FKL Tomcat from I don't know when, I would guess it weighs 150 lbs, 300 with driver. Tires are 4.10 / 3.50 - 5 with a diameter of 10.75" jack shaft has a 10 teeth #41 sprocket, axle has 40 teeth. Speed at 3600...

I've installed a Comet TAV2 3/4" on a 6.5hp clone engine. Ran it for 20min and this is what it looks like. Is that much rubber dust normal? Is my alignment off? Thanks!
