Any experience on live axle kits on ebay?

Lengthen the rear a tad. And cut the seat bars. This will allow me to have plenty room to do the live axle and even in the future swap to a 420cc. rear live axles. I found a kit on eBay for like $100. Included everything. Including brake. Anyone have experience with those eBay kits?

Thank you so much. I love the fabricating process even tho my time is limited. What are the options for seats for go karts? Cheap of course. I was thinking of just a lawn mower seat with a brake drift style lever for my brake for fun.
