They are metal slides.. i used a small propane torch.. little heat and the slides are free.... worked great..

Went thru the harness deleted lights and what not to simplify it. All the connectors are sun rotted. It has sat for many years it looks like..drained the oil and it looked good, no sings of fuel and not to much metal flake in it.. my **** compression tester will not work need to get a adapter or...

I ran 22" tires on my cart with a torque converter. 8 tooth on the driven 60 tooth on the axle. 7.5:1 It worked fine with that set up.. i would not go any less with the gearing tho.
