Hey @Bansil, you have to give me some videos of those Broncos driving over it! I've wanted to get into RCs for awhile but you know, tractor, welder, drill press, etc...

Mnts of the farthest NE TN you can go
They are 18th scale traxxas trx4m , 2 styles defender and bronco.

1:24 is way smaller...just too much of a toy, hard to play with in real outside world, gravel is a boulder.

1:10 is awesome!!! But big and alot more like a real truck, but unless you have a huge house....its too big for inside work

1:18 is perfect in my mind, small enough for inside play and big enough for outside play

The others can't unless.....

So found out yesterday that a small old building across from the co-op that used to be a goodwill/sandwich shop has been an rc/snack shop for years.
Met the owner yesterday and they have an oval course for race cars and have been building an Offroad course inside.
Got fenders and bumpers trimmed yesterday...

Hope to hit it today.

I had rubbing issues that caught the lugs on tires which is probably why I break driveshaft's...

Fixed it with dremel....20230505_163303.jpg
Notice the fender flares are flat now with Insides sides. Scale wise, I took off probably 2inches of material.

Oh no!

I have too many interests and when I found out they make affordable, real 4-wheel drive, RC vehicles with scale details I started buying a few.... but only a few from FMS/Rochobby/EazyRC.

I have the 1/18 Rochobby Fire Horse (an unlicensed Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) and the FMS 1/12 Willys MB (the WWII Army Jeep). The detail is unreal on the Willys because it is super scale and even has metal leaf spring suspension. Just a wonderful replica, 4x4, 2 speed transmission, lights and the steering wheel turns like a ghost is driving it.

We call them 1:18 or 1/18 not that abomination you titled the thread with! 😂
