I quit my job a week ago myself, same story as yours. When I realized that I hated what I did for a living and was just doing it for the money made me decide to make some changes. Live it up sucker, your days are numbered, no one knows the number, and its lower than it was yesterday. Life's too short to squander just chasing dollars.

Everyone tells me it was a blessing leaving there. I was there for almost 9 years. Who wudda thunk that after 9 years I'd get fired for getting drunk behind the bar, fornicating in the ladies restroom, then leaving in my Uber with my drawer $150 short.

Betwwen both jobs, I have 9 shifts next week. Should keep me out of trouble til I get back on my feet. At least I know I can get a Bartending job fairly easily 'case I 'cide to up and leave. I'm probably ready for something else. I don't really like people. I don't know why I tend bar. It's probably cause I like booze.

Something like that would have taken me less time than making an old fashioned.

You should have been given a raise for going beyond the call of duty for making a customer happy.

Tell you the truth....

I was living with the crazy blonde. Supposed to pick her up from the train station after work.... Then a quickie before I had to go in to work. I was so excited I locked my self out of my appartment. She didn't have a phone. I ubered to the train. She wasn't there. I ubered to work then ubered her to my work after she called from a strangers phone. We got hammered then completed the plan. Then I got fired. She offered to pay my rent. Thought I had a sugar mamma. She came up with like 1/4 of the rent so I kicked her out.
