Awesome deal. I love that trike. Super sweet. Do you get in trouble for riding karts, minibikes, etc. on the road? Or have you ever got in trouble and what was your fine, punishment, etc.

Thank you.

So far so good. I cruised around the city's main street today for a few minutes just putting around on the sidewalk. I ride on the road on the side streets and so far I haven't encountered Johnny Law.

The few times I passed them I was on the sidewalk going a walking pace speed and they just drove by.

Edit:
I did get a warning one time riding my mini buggy on the road, but I was doing donuts a few minutes before in a vacant lot and the officer saw me. We live in a small town and people are pretty easy going.

I mostly get people stopping me and ask me about my trike or sidecar mini bike.

Yeh that is funny. I would say my town is easy going as well expect my minibike is a two stroke and when you give it some throttle it's louder than most harleys that drive around my neighborhood. And my town is full of old people and people who want to make trouble. But I haven't caught either.

I guess that is one benefit to living where it snows... You dont have to build a drifter with plastic tires. Just buy a jacket. And its like 2 for 1.

In a few hours landuse will wake up and ask "what is all that white stuff?"

Nick why are you so mean to that poor doggy? It just wanted to ride around with dad. That poor dog just followed you around hoping you would show it some love and pick it up and take it for a short ride, But NNooo! You wanted to keep all the fun to you're self. :lolgoku:

I used a 1" diameter axle - 32" long and the rear tires are 15x6-6.

I ordered the axle, hangers, bearings, hubs, and etc. from BMI - cheap prices, but shipping a little pricey.

Good luck with your build- I love mine.

Well... Since the last month of me being in West Virginia, I managed to completely wear down the jack shaft sprocket, which was #35 12t 5/8" with 6" 30/series driven.

I am sure drifting on the bare asphalt without plastic sleeves help contribute to that wear.

So for now I am installing the 20 series with 7 inch drivenon a three-quarter inch shaft and using a number 35 , 13 tooth count sprocket on the jack shaft.

This gearing will make it a major monster wheelie machine again. I will also have a slower TopSpeed proximately 25 to 35 mph. So since I'm going back to this set up future plans will include a wheelie bar.

Also forgot to mention I think my axle sprocket is 68t

This trike will soon be an AZ wheelie machine.

Also I might even upgrade to the larger golf cart wheels; one day...
