well you either have a bad battery or a bad controller.
also the scooter will not run with the charger plugged into it.

BTW how do you know its not charging if you have power everywhere else

also what brand and model are they

Im not entierly sure but did you turn the lights off? Not sure if it has power switches for lights and such but them being on will draw battery power thats coming from the charger

i know its not charging because i left it alone for a day and then unplugged it and nothing. all lights were off. the main one im concerned about is a xtreme x360 electric scooter moped

the other scooter im just going to put an engine on it because i dont like taking the bus and id have to go like 20 miles and 1 charge would be just that. and an engine would be faster

did you physically test the batteries with a meter ?
thats first,
if voltage appears then unplug the motor wire and check for voltage coming out of the controller while twisting the throttle.
if none check the throttle with a continuity or ohm meter.

also check the output on the charger itself.

Im thinking its also the batteries. I will check everything tomorrow. I got a question about what type of engine to use. I know a 2 stroke would be better than a 4 stroke. But what size and brand? Thats kinda cheap

the problem with the bigger engines cant use it legally on a scooter now the 2hp one i might be able to get away with. has to be under a certain hp rating. i think under 1hp but they cant tell just by looking at the 2hp

but like i said i dont think any thing that small can have anoghf power to ride on the road

all of the scooters and pocket bikes come with those motors on them, some even have a 43cc motor. i dont understand your logic that they will not have the power for on road use.
they are not the same as weed eater motors that are 23cc.

yeah i know they come on pocket bikes and scooters but those road legal because they don't have the power to power some one 40mph and to be able to pull out on the road and not get run over
