ok i figure it out like Ed said it is a fuel return. The fuel tank have 2 hole for 2 line connectin to the carb, the gas line connect to top carb piece and bottom gas line connect to bottom carb piece. I dont see why its made like that but sure confused the crap out of me. The engine i believe is a ski doo 340.

Proper connections are indicated in pic.
Carb not identical to yours but is basically the same.
I use these almost exclusively on all my 2 cycles.
May have torn diaphragm/stuck needle.
Get the kit and meticulously clean guts before re-assembly.
Get a better camera. Very hard to tell what you have.

Russ, are you sure your pic is labeled correctly?

Varies, varies, varies. I stand by my post. And never run a 2 cycle lean. Can even screw up a 4 cycle if left uncorrected long enough. Worse than running without back pressure.

This is the order i had it on the paper. There is like 2 pieces that have teeth around it i took a closer pic to spot it.

...of course you know, Dang... I'm watching this post like a hawk to see how it pans out. I'm also trying to strap myself to a Snow-Mo motor, but your set up is NICE! I've been trying to figure out your motor too, from the pix. Not a Rotax, maybe a Cuyuna or a Chaparral, like Ironman's?
