Since i am learning to weld this weekend, im gunna throw some extra support pieces on mine and go to town. Keep in mind my engine is makin 27hp, and was only meant for 5 hp engine. In my mind it is going to have to be 5x stronger. But anyway, Im thinkin sanding all the paint/rust down and giving her a nice flat black maybe glossy frame, with matching rims.

Cool, I guess its best I dont have a honda or clone. There's so much stuff to mod them I'd never stop buying things for it lol I look at a gx390 and think how easy 15-16hp is to get from one of them lol

Okay, so I'm about to buy a 1990 XR200 and take the engine out of it for my kart, and I was just curious if anyone has any ideas of how much torque it has?

the xr200 were never known to be powerful bikes, kinda heavy and sluggish compared to others. Will be a hell of a lot better than a 13hp clone though.

I knew that, kinda like my TTR-230. More of a beginners bike with low end. But I meant like actual hard numbers. I was guessing around 20 hp? And yeah, I've decided that there is no way in H E L L that I will have ONE gear. I'm gonna have 4 pedals; 1 gas, 1 clutch, and 1 for each brake. I got a nice disc setup from a Yerf Dog, and decided that I'm gonna just put it right beside my POS Azusa on the axle.

Been working on the rear wheels, steering wheel, and tie rods. Sorry it's been so long.

I FINALLY finished my steering today, and guess what? I have reverse steering. It's an easy fix (just turn the steering shaft's tie rod conector upside down), but I wanna see how this ghetto steering works for a bit.... And you know what's ironic? I had a dream about this very event like 5 nights ago.

with changing out you emulsion tube, main jet, straight piping and high flowing air filter running on premium gas you can make a good 15 - 16 hp
