Default new brake install issue

So I have this new master cylinder and caliper for my CF150

I cant for the life of me to get it to brake properly(brake at all). I did bench bleed, was positive i had all the air out of the line, installed and it just doesn't grab the disk, it moves a bit when hit the brake, or pull the parking brake, and the piston obviously isn't all the way extended. It just doesn't stop the cart.

I put the old cylinder back on, but still no change. I kind of feel like upgrading it to the larger cylinder/reservoir while i'm fooling around with it.

Just could use some advice, it' sshould be much simpler than im making it. I understand brakes, I've do similar tasks on autos. but this little thing has been a pain. I've got it running and drives great, just cant STOP IT! lol THANKS!

Dumb question, but did you buy all the pieces as one complete kit? Maybe the caliper is made for a thicker disc...

Im no expert but have been know to fix a few brake issues.
So heres my too sents worth of suggestions.

Reverse bleeding use a cheap little hardware store pump style oil can.
A short peice of snug fitting tubing that fit the bleeder and the oil can spout and slowly pump the fluid into the caliper and up into the master.
Doing so pushes the air up and out along with any trapped bubbles.
Tapping on the components helps also.

Are the pads or disc glazed over?

I dont know exactly what your working on but ,certain brake fluids are used in the wrong applications or mixed can cause destructive seal swelling requiring a rebuild or replacement.

Also mismatched components could also mean that not enough fluid is being transferred to push the piston out far enough.
One way to test that is to remove the caliper and slide something slightly thinner than the rotor in there and pump the master, see if it grabs and holds the material good.

Anyway thats a starting point hope one of these helps you out.

A big issue that im familiar with is... Is the brake pads material compatible with the rotor material....
Is it slick and not grabby at all when the brakes are applied??? Is the rotor stainless???
