Shocks

I have go kart that had some modifications done and i need to replace the rear shocks. They are 13" end to end but top end has an eyehole and the bottom is like a bolt. Any idea where I can find these? Thanks

I'm familiar with Eye and Clevis... something seems really wrong if they were mounted any other way.
