Please read and understand the following info before posting in this thread:

This thread is for everyone to post pics of their factory made karts.
(please no DIY/homemade-frame kart pics allowed in this thread)

Only post pics of your kart if your 100% sure what brand it is, and please include its brand name in your post.
Plus, Include the model & year your kart was made if your 100% sure of that info too.

This thread isnt intended to just show off your kart. I'm hoping it will be a very useful tool to others trying to Identify what brand, model & year karts they own. Lots of karts dont have any brand/model/year labeling, and we constantly have posts from guys simply trying to ID the brand of their kart.

We're just trying to help those people out here...

This thread is for all types of factory made karts, try to post just a few clear pics that truly show the details others will need for comparing and making a positive ID on they're kart.

Try not to post a bunch of pics, Instead just post 1 to 4 pics, plus the links to your other pics/threads that have more pics and additional info about your kart.

Lets also try to limit casual comments about the other karts, unless your confirming (or disagreeing) about the brand/model or year of someone else's kart.

If this thread is a success, maybe we can make it a sticky to make it easier for newbies to find.

So again, only post your kart pics if your absolutely sure what brand it is.

If your here trying to ID your kart, please post your own new thread with pics asking for help. That way this thread wont get all cluttered up with pics/posts that aren't as helpful to others. Then, If you lean what brand your kart is, you'd be very welcome to post your pics & info here on this thread to help others.

thanks

Great idea, Anderkart!

This is a Manco Dingo 285 series. I unfortunately never got the year on it.

Here's another one without the roll cage that I hope will prove useful.

80's Manco Quicksilver (ID'd by Blaz, aka "Mr.Manco").
I replaced the mangled original front bumper with one from KG I narrowed a couple of inches.
Other than a home-made seat and a clone to replace the worn out B&S, she's stock Manco.

This is a '68 Dart with a floating motor mount & Palmini tank.
Got to remember there are many models, (narrow-hoop, wide hoop, A-Bone, Super Dart, etc.) with many options (solid mount, floating mount, single & double engine, drum or disc brake, etc.)

When Rupp got out of Karts Rob Stanton bought all their stuff and continues to sell Karts as Robron's, they are identical to Rupps.

From another forum: Very similar to a Dart or Rupp, but it's a Clark Cyclops 440. Still has the name and model embossed on the original seat pad.

There's a paper sticker on the metal seat back stating "Clark Mfg. Co., Conyers, Ga."

This is exactly like the Clark Rebel with different paint scheme.
