Hello together, please have that PZ27 and have heard it's flat slide carburetor.

Issue I have is that when moving accelerator quickly engine dies and we hear click sound. When I turn slowly hat engine has enough idle there is no issues.

What might be issue?

:iagree:

Jokes aside, It says You're main is likely too small and when you stomp on it you are demanding far more fuel than can be delivered.

A lean carb can be forced to idle ok, but it's going to burn hot, torch the spark plug, and never run right if at all above idle.

Assuming a PZ27 is a 27mm carburetor, that's too large a carb for a 224 or smaller engine.

A 24mm (Mikuni VM24, TM24, Koso PWK24) is dead on if you have at least an intermediate level skill at tuning, which your question indicates you have none at all.

If you have had the engine running for at least an hour total, check the plug... bet it's showing a light tan to a chalky grey white WHICH IS BAD

Thanks for feedback! I am living here in Africa bought that new Chinese bike 12 says ago (see attachment) and in dispute with seller and mechanic that say you can't turn throttle fastly. To me, that's complete nonsense, because that's what the accelerator pump was invented for, to solve the problem of opening the air supply quickly.

I don’t think it has an accelerator pump on that carb. Are you sure it’s not plugged up with dirt or maybe metal chips from the machining!
