Default So who else has a custom vehicle ? [ Tuner? OffRoad? Muscle?]

Just got some big brake calipers from The Yard yesterday.
Great condition too !

-
and of course it always helps to get a discount.
Good deal, i say !

My brakes were already good to lock up from 60mph. Should be a nice upgrade for more speed. I need to re-fab these to go to the rear. i HATE front-bias brakes. Hit the brake too hard at the track on a curve and you keep going straight. Great for straight-line racing though.

Anywhoo.. There must be people here with more general knowledge than small engines.
Any custom, done-it-yourself type builds ? I had to build my own turbo manifold since they don't make them for my car.

Ok ok... Are we talking intake or exhaust..
THe JB reinforced PVC could potentially work for a little bit, till the gas dissolved it...
ABS would be a better choice, but then you might aswell as just cast a whole intake out of JB..

Exhaust... I'm sure he birdsh!te welded the whole thing from tin cans and EMT tube.. Am I right... Speedy PAFR..

When the gaps are close together i do decent:

But when i need more angle and they start to get 1inch apart they get globby:

Nothing is epoxied down. So far I think JB Weld is only good for holding paper.

But here's where i'm at so far:

Who uses AN fittings and leaves those crappy spark plug wires.

And it looks like some serious air flow out the exhaust. An old brick manifold from a 4.0 flows better.

I feel like I'm being trolled here.

I expect the captain of the Titanic felt pretty good about his journey 2 hours in.
