Default Help!

I live in Canada and want to build a go kart with my Dad and my Grandpa but the cheapest I can find including shipping is like 1500 dollars if I want to build my own which I do. Could somebody tell me where I can buy a go kart kit in Canada or all the parts needed for a working go kart and where to find a frame so I can get the from a Canadian parts website. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about new karts and kit availability in Canada. It's like a foreign country.

But I'd go used/pre-owned.

Search all the online classified ad services you can for go karts. Craigslist is where I found all of mine but I have seen possibilities on Offerup, Letgo and Facebook Marketplace. Not sure which of those (besides FB) are available in Canada. I wasn't always lucky on day 1 so I searched them constantly, daily, hourly...

I used a variety of search terms:

Go kart
Go cart

Otherwise, buy a welder, steel tubing and make your own from scratch.

Here in Canada, were kinda screwed for these kinda things... it expensive on all fronts....
But building is cheaper...If you know what you are doing...

Like the above suggestions, its a conatant job trying to find something.. but it can pay off...
The FB groups are a better way to get a quicker response out there... but it generally is a pain.
And like wise... you have to d!cker well... people dont really know the value so its more expensive here...
