Default My poor manco dingo project

I'll post up the pictures I currently have, another member opened my eyes and I'm going to fix this one up, I'm sure I'll have a few questions along the way, my first being, this frame was stretched by the p.o. and I'm fairly tall as well, with the amount he added I tiptoe the pedals at full depression. Should I try to take the stretch job out and do my best to get it back to original configuration, or do I fix the stretch to fit me? He has the steering, and pedals almost to the point of non-use, and upside down along with backwards, so I'm going to have to cut the nose off to straighten it, I hope the pictures express what I'm referring to.20190714_104238.jpg
