ive been talking to him bout this,

the fuel petcock is what he had to drill out. theres a washer with 4 holes in it and its CHEAP. made terribly. so that the fuel was barely going through the valve.

the reason why it ran for a little fine, then had to be choked, is because over time the fuel would seep into the bowl through the shut off petcock, and once it was burned out of the bowl, it was barely dripping, so not enough to keep the engine running.

long story short- the fuel valve was defective and not letting enough gas into the bowl.
