They work together, the small pcs I will weld to axle, the bigger pcs will be attached to spring perch so 2 3/8 bolts will allow +/- 8* of adjustment of caster20210402_152055.jpg

Today after doing 6 hours of OT at work, came home and/rearranged my build table so I could reach it with welder. And worked on frame...I used different spacers and some 3/4×3/4 tube to line everything up.20210416_150515.jpg20210416_150522.jpg20210416_153448.jpg

Next I needed to weld in end plates,so easiest way is to use a magnet to hold it in place to tack.

Works great, moar welding and...walla!....I have 1/4 of a frame 😂20210416_160321.jpg20210416_160327.jpg20210416_161240.jpg20210416_161301.jpg20210416_171709.jpg20210416_171716.jpg

Not much to post, I redid my spring mounts in cad with a bigger o/d radius for strength and added some radiuses to reduce stress. I ordered a machine torch mount for plasma table, I wasn't happy with cuts on 1st set of spring mounts (too much tapered kerf) So I can cut out new mounts next week.

Need to draw rear axle bearing mounts and start on engine mount.

Grabbed engine to start mockup.

And teardown in prep of mods and fitment issue that am sure will arise20210505_190544.jpg
