Next up, wiring! Put the old Indak switch into an octagonal house-conduit box that's screwed down in front of the steering wheel. While my welding skills are suspect, I'm pretty good with crimp connectors, solder, and heatshrink tubing.

The battery, starter relay, and the rectifier / voltage regulator are all mounted up in the front of the passenger side 'footwell'.

With enough plastic wire loom and zipstrips, anybody can neatly route wiring! Throttle, brake line, and all wiring are routed under the seat in the middle of the kart.

Looking good! You have gone a considerably different direction with your 3203 than I have with mine, but I appreciate the detailed pictures which are giving me ideas for how to mount various parts on ours that weren't there before! (y)
