Hello everyone! This is my first post on here, so I'll try to keep this short. I have a one seater 32001 (3200), and its a great kart. I've been upgradinga lot over the past few months and I'm wanting to upgrade the brakes. The band brake setup just isn't holding up to my uses for this kart( heavy offroad use). So I was wondering if anyone out there has successfully fabbed up/ installed a disc brake system. If so some pics would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes I have I installed a hydraulic disk brake for a yerf dog 3203 it made a work of difference but I did have to buy a new axle to remove the other brake hub it was rusted solid and so were the wheels so check if the axle is rusted and the other components are movable to see what you're getting into.

Thanks for the response! Btw do you happen to have any pictures of your brake set-up so i have some sort of reference? My Axel is fine so are all the other parts on it. I removed it a few weeks ago and got all the rust off with a wire wheel, then added antiseize to everything. My right rear wheel was pretty much welded on with rust, but a few patient days with some liquid wrench and a rubber mallet fixed that problem.

Mr. Pedroza, this is exactly what I am planning to do with my 3203. Any chance you can post a few pictures and maybe a parts list to help me know how to get started?
