ok so i was thinking of using 1inch d by 1\8 inchwall or would this be to heavy im going with a big look and am using a 5hp b&s with a comet torque conveter any help thanks guys

yes 1in by 1/8 inch tube would be good its what most people use for its stregnth and its not extremely heavy however a 5hp and torque converter will pull it around nicely at about 35mph or so depending on how big the rider is

I mainly use 1" DOM with 1/8" wall, sometimes I pull out the 1-1/4" for a little fatter look... Most of my bends are done with a Harbor Freight Pipe bender. I usually pack the tubing with sand blasting sand and cork both ends to stop kinking (NO HEAT).... For tighter bends I do it the old fashion way with good ol' heat and some muscle...
