From your picture of the kart it looks like your tires still have a lot of rubber on
them. You can put a new inner tube in them for about 1/3 the price of a new tire. It will hold air just fine. I have done this with almost questionable tires and
no problems with a lot of use on them.
I was actually debating on that as well. Would I just remove the valve stem and feed the tube stem through the rim ? Cause yeah, the tires are still in decent shape and would be a waste of money till it’s much more needed.

Yes, feed the stem through the hole where the current one is now. You should
completely dismount the tire to inspect the rim for any sharp spots. There usually isn't any, but since they all come with tubeless tires it is something that they don't check on at the factories.
